I bought my first gym membership at 29—never having worked out before—with a 30-pound weight loss goal and no idea where to start. That decision changed everything.

Since then, I’ve competed in nationally ranked bodybuilding shows, coached marathon runners, and become a certified trainer, nutrition coach, and new mom in my 40s.
