With a decade of experience, I am a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer. New mother, at the age of 40, of a baby boy and my partner is a football coach, with over 2 decades of experience in the fitness industry.
I purchased my first gym membership at 29 years old, not having ever worked out prior. I had a 30lbs weight loss goal, with being unsure how to achieve, and it sparked a passion I didn’t know existed with for health and wellness.
Throughout my journey I have ran 5k, 8k, 10k and mud-run races, cycled across Oahu, Hawaii, became a competitive body builder, competing in 4 nationally ranking body building competitions, and by doing that I discovered my passion for nutrition and lifting heavy weights.
Since then, I became a strength coach, cycle, yoga and group fitness instructor.
My true passion is empowering women through strength training and proper nutrition. I am recently certified in Pregnancy/Postpartum & Peri/Menopause coaching.
I believe everyone should be able to discover the balance of fitness, health and lifestyle. I have developed systems and step-by-step guides on how to achieve that ever active balance!
